Precinct 3 includes: Addison, North Dallas, Carrollton, Northeast Dallas, Coppell, Northwest Dallas, East Dallas, Preston Hollow, Farmers Branch, Prestonwood, Highland Park, Richardson, Lake Highlands, University Park, and Lakewood.

Qualifications to Register
To register to vote, you must be:
- a citizen of the United States
- at least 17 years + 10 months old
- you must be 18 years of age by Election Day
Additionally:
- You must register to vote in the county in which you reside
- You must not be finally convicted of a felony, or if you are a felon, you must have completed all the terms of your sentence, including any incarceration, parole, supervision, period of probation, or you must have received a pardon.
- You must not have been determined by a final judgment of a probate court to be totally mentally incapacitated or partially mentally incapacitated and without the right to vote.
